Fridtjof Nansen Museum
Fritjof Nansen, a Norwegian by nationality, was a polar explorer, scientist, diplomat, and outstanding humanitarian. The museum named after him was opened in Yerevan in 2014.
Nansen is a laureate of the Nobel Peace Prize. At the exhibition of the museum, you can see books, posters, sculptures and other things related to his life and activities, which will help to get better acquainted with the life of the great figure. There is a separate section specially dedicated to Karlen and Sara Yesayan, who are the patrons of the museum. The famous statue of Fritjof Nansen is placed at the entrance of the museum.
